Actor Xian Lim apologized for poking fun at the "kalokalike" of his leading lady, Kim Chiu, while performing at the Chinese New Year countdown of "Banana Nite" on Thursday.
Xian Lim became a hot topic in social media after the said incident wherein he allegedly behaved ungentlemanly over the Kim Chiu impersonator, who he referred to as Bea Binene. After the incident, Xian took to Twitter to say sorry for what he did.
"I deeply apologize if I caused negative feelings while singing onstage during the Chinese New Years Eve countdown. It was not my intention, and I take full responsibility for my actions. HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR EVERYONE! :-)"
