On BE CAREFUL WITH MY HEART starting February 3, Nikki will be celebrating her birthday with a big costume party and she was surprised with the presence of her suitors Niccolo and Amiel who both came in similar costumes. 

Meanwhile, Mang Arturo is suffering from an illness and he is keeping it from his family. However, he will be seen by Kute while struggling to walk in the street. Will this incident pave the way for Kute to forgive his father? 

Ricky invited Niccolo to have lunch with the family. While dining, Maya requested that Niccolo do his famous "Mallows Cheek" like what a puffer fish do. Jealous, Ricky told Maya that he can also do the same thing and showed it to Maya (how cute).
