Sponge Cola vocalist Yael Yuzon guested on Banana Nite's IHAW NA! segment Friday night. The band vocalist detailed how he met Karylle in the said interview with Tito Bhoy. He also performed a song for his fiance Karylle. The two are getting married this March.

Watch: Liza Soberano Grilled on IHAW NA; Comments on Daniel Padilla, Enrique Gil

The third wheel in the Joaquin-Chichay love team, Liza Soberano (who plays Alex in hit series Got to Believe) was grilled on Banana Nite's Ihaw Na on Wednesday. The very sweet Liza revealed that her bashers increased when she entered the hit show.

XIAN LIM Pokes Fun at Kim Chiu Kalokalike; Says Sorry on Twitter (Video)

Actor Xian Lim apologized for poking fun at the "kalokalike" of his leading lady, Kim Chiu, while performing at the Chinese New Year countdown of "Banana Nite" on Thursday. 

Xian Lim became a hot topic in social media after the said incident wherein he allegedly behaved ungentlemanly over the Kim Chiu impersonator, who he referred to as Bea Binene. After the incident, Xian took to Twitter to say sorry for what he did.

"I deeply apologize if I caused negative feelings while singing onstage during the Chinese New Years Eve countdown. It was not my intention, and I take full responsibility for my actions. HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR EVERYONE! :-)"

ROMMEL PADILLA Approves Kathryn Bernardo for Son Daniel

Rommel Padilla, the father of teen king Daniel Padilla said that he approves Kathryn Bernardo for his son Daniel in an intreview with Tito Bhoy on Banana Nite (January 29). Kath and DJ are now in a stage of mutual understanding (MU) and said to be exclusively dating.

When asked by the host why he likes Kathryn for his son, Rommel said: "Bukod sa kanyang napakagandang mukha eh sobrang ganda ang kayang ugali at napakabait ng kanyang mga magulang."
