Xian Lim and Bangs Garcia on MMK 'Playboy' Valentine Episode (Feb 15)

Hunk actor Xian Lim and Bangs Garcia will star in the Valentine special of ABS-CBN’s “Maalaala Mo Kaya” this Saturday (February 15). Xian will play the role of Maynard, the playboy who captures the heart of Zandrae (Bangs), a girl who grew up with a lot of insecurities due to her dark skin tone and unsupportive family. XIAN LIM Pokes Fun at Kim Chiu Kalokalike; Says Sorry on Twitter (Video)

Actor Xian Lim apologized for poking fun at the "kalokalike" of his leading lady, Kim Chiu, while performing at the Chinese New Year countdown of "Banana Nite" on Thursday. 

Xian Lim became a hot topic in social media after the said incident wherein he allegedly behaved ungentlemanly over the Kim Chiu impersonator, who he referred to as Bea Binene. After the incident, Xian took to Twitter to say sorry for what he did.

"I deeply apologize if I caused negative feelings while singing onstage during the Chinese New Years Eve countdown. It was not my intention, and I take full responsibility for my actions. HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR EVERYONE! :-)"

BRIDE FOR RENT Rakes P280-M in 2 Weeks; KimXi Preps for Next Movie

The tandem of Kim Chiu and Xian Lim thanked fans for the overwhelming support in their latest movie BRIDE FOR RENT. In two weeks, the Star Cinema movie has grossed P280 million at the box office. It is now the highest-grossing opening film of Star Cinema, and of KimXi as well.

Meanwhile, with the successes of their first two movies, Star Cinema is again trusting another big screen project to Kim and Xian this year. They may be separated on television for now (as Kim is pairing with Coco for the first time in the teleserye Ikaw Lamang) but fans will get to see them in movies.
